As a Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst, we collect data of client’s operations to improve performance and processes. Our primary duties include researching business processes, making reports with recommendations to the client’s metric management and analysing the potential impact of our recommendations.
How do we do it?
We analyze the structure of a business to determine how it operates and determine its objectives
Preparing and delivering a report of our findings from time to time
Identify and suggest solutions to any problems identified from reports
Implement a business model that can enhance the client’s performance and generate revenue
